After my run ends, it shows that I’ve been given rewards. When I head to open my pack, however, there’s nothing there to open. I head over to crafting in my collection to see if the dust was added, and it’s also MIA. This has happened on 3 separate occasions. Equalling out to 3 packs and 120 dust. Now, I know that may not seem like a whole lot of loot to some people, but as someone who loves playing and is too poor atm to pay for the stuff I reeeeally want, those measly rewards mean a lot to me. I’m actually happy I don’t have the money right now to sink into this game, because if I had payed cash for these tickets, I would be livid right now. This is just very disappointing and frustrating because it’s a lot harder now to earn gold to be able to buy tickets to earn some loot! So, how do I go about reporting this issue so I can receive my rewards.
