Returning player as of yesterday. I just unlocked the death knight class excited to play it. Go into standard ranked and got progression for everything for 1 game. Afterwards and still to this moment I am not receiving any exp, hero win progression, quest progression, or track exp for any game that I play no matter what. I tried a few different things in hopes of fixing it. No luck in getting it work.

I have same issues. I am too returning player, Few quests are done, when I start play DeathKnight Class after first win doesnt count, quests, wins for class golden portrait, but quests are count when I play Battlegrounds.

Also a recently returning player with the same issue. Win/exp progression with death knight is locked. I’ll occasionally get a pop-up that says I’ve made progress on quests that I can’t find or track, but I won’t get any credit for playing or wining matches as death knight for “play 3 games as these classes” quests. It’s really making me question my decision to have returned if there are still serious bugs like this

Yeah did further testing. Its bugged for all classes for me in standard ranked, haven’t tested other modes quite yet. I know bugs happen just hope its fixed soon.

Returning player bugged quests, I get quest progress from solo games, but not from ranked or casual

Also a returning player whose daily and weekly quests are bugged,only mercenaries works for some reason

I am having the same issue. Bought the season pass for Battlegrounds and it isn’t updating quest progress or achievement progress. Saw on another thread that it may have to do with the returning player quests.

Also completed the returning player quests and stopped receiving xp/quest progress/win counts whilst ranking up.
Can blizzard please look into this since the mods handling the tickets just send me this way.

Same is happening to me. Blizzard told me they can’t fix it and to just post on this bug forum in hopes someone from the community can fix it…

I also have this problem and I am also a player who returns to see if by the time the new expansion comes out it is solved so you lose the desire to play, sorry for my English.

No progression all classes, have a hero power usage quest stuck at 1. A couple days ago it said I could pick a deck to keep in 7 days but that has disappeared as well
