Not starting with full mana at the beginning of my turn. Example turn 5, says 3 / 5 .
It is not always the same, some times i start the turn with 1 less mana. But most of the time it is 2 less then what i should have. Hard to enjoy the game let alone with a match. Need help. Playing on a mobile, s8
By any chance are you playing as shaman with cards that say overload? A bit more info is needed here, what were you playing, do you have a replay of the game? Do you know what was played?

Any mana you overload reduces the amount available to you next turn unless you use a card to “unlock them”, that’s just how that mechanic works. It is indicated for your next turn by the lock symbols below the mana pool and then applied at the start of your turn to the locked out crystals. The hearthstone wiki is very informative starting out (especially for doing all the “secret quests”) and most cards have a rudimentary description of their applicable mechanics in a pinch if you hover over them. If a card has a bold keyword ability like Overload or Taunt, you can hover over the card with the mouse and it will display a tooltip box explaining that ability.
