well I lost my previous account so i created a new account and was honestly surprised to see that this game literally offers you almost nothing if you’re a new player. all i got was some classic packs and some random legendaries that require you to build certain deck for them to e useful (and i got THE BEAST!!). so asically if you want to play you multiplayer you have to pay first. forget dust not even gold to buy some packs. no wonder I could not get my friends to play it.

U know what u got back in the days? absolutly nothing.

You get a free deck when you complete the New Player Ranks.
And if you complete the Demon Hunter Prologue you get a free Demon Hunter deck, which is super busted for the new player ranks.
Did I mention the new player ranks? That means you should be getting matched with only other new players. Who also have diddly squat, so what’s the problem?
Did you try contacting Blizzard tech support for your old account?
It happened to me and they sent me a new password to the email on the account.
The tech support page is a disaster so you might want to sit down with your favorite beverage before you navigate that maze.
