I have not played competitive in at least a few seasons. I believe my rank on support is from 2024.
I had made the mistake of using a controller on my pc in comp and got hard stuck bronze.
Now when I try to do my new placements for season 16, the game did not give me any placement rounds. Instead it gave me my bronze rank from 2024.
I thought each season you had to do 10 placement rounds, so why is it shoving me back into hell without any placements ?
