Not getting XP in apprentice. Stuck at level 5

Stuck playing bots that give me no XP, I play on an iPad or Mac. Restarting does nothing.

[Added 8/30] [Progression] Speaking of issues with apprenticeships, the team is investigating reports that some players are unable to progress the apprentice track.
