For some reason when I try to buy the new bundles “Tavern Special” and/or “Bob’s Bargain” it says I’m not “eligible” to buy them.
Previous payments went through without any problems though.

Same issue. This bundle just put on sale today. Didn’t buy it before.
Same here, I usually buy everything and this wont let me buy! I’m on the European server.
Yeah I’m on Eu server too. Is this an Eu only issue? I didn’t see other server players have this problem.
I’m in EU but on US server, cant buy it either. My US friend on US server was able to get it.
I’m on Eu server , but i knew that Asian had the same problem
I am also experiencing the same issue. I am trying to buy these bundles on NA server but I am from the EU.
On the EU server I can buy them on NA I can’t
Running into the same issue here. Playing on Asia server. Sent a ticket to support and this was the reply:

Currently, I do see some players are reporting a similar issues of Hearthstone in-game shop. However, we have yet to confirm there is an issue with the shop. As for now, please ensure your connection quality is stable, and try to purchase again. If you are using desktop version, you may also switch internet connection to mobile data and purchase from your mobile.

I got a reply that told me to open up a thread in this bug report area of the forum.
Hopefully this will be fixed soon, unless they dont want our money.

Support staff have fixed salary, they don’t care if Bobby won’t be able to buy another yacht.
It worked again for me today!
They should also just offer it in the Battlenet shop, like with almost all other offers. That way, you always have a second option to buy.
I’m also not a fan on how the approached these “customized” deals. Many indicated that they would have preferred another option that was not offered.
It is a good deal, and I would normally buy it. However, there are so many technical issues with these bundles, that I just do not want to reward an implementation like this.
I fixed it myself today. All you have to do is download a vpn, set your ip to anywhere in the US, reopen hearthstone and you should be able to buy it. Woohoo!
