NOT a children’s card game

Not anymore at least. Children don’t have credit cards to swipe for standard, wild, battle pass, bg battle pass, etc. Try telling your kid they can’t have that shiny new hero skin in the shop… just more childhood trauma to pile on to the list.

Why are you complaining? Weren’t tou guys the ones that kiss that back doors of this company and defend it everyday? I hope they will add more limitations just to see how much the door kissers will withstand.

Children have always borrowed parents credit cards for online purchases. Ever since the birth of internet. Remember doing it myself paying for an Everquest subscription in the 90’s :joy:

Not getting a hero skin = child trauma nowadays, wow. What a cruel world these poor kids have to live in.

You don’t need to spend money to do well in this game.

Well, maybe you do.

Wow. What a life a kid must have when this is the worst of their ordeals.
I grew up in a trailer park on generic mac n cheese and flavor aid.

You having it worse doesn’t negate someone else’s problems. This is logic 101 here…

You’re right. Not having access to this game as a child must be life destroying.

This game has never been a children’s game.

I mean, look at how many half-naked murlocs there are in the game.

CCGs in general are also not very kid friendly. At least not one where the game play revolves around both sides trying to build towards a climatic finish on each other’s faces.

My oh my…

20 characters.

Actually, the problem is getting exposed to the game. You’re instilled with desires of things that, as a kid without money, you cannot have.

I miss Succubus and the original Jaina Proudboobs.

It sucks that they turned Hearthstone into a kid’s game.

But, good that there are so many incompatible currencies to teach kids about money!

Or to not play at a low level for a very long time.

Oh come on… this game isnt even that expensive.

Try to get into a real none virtual tcg its much more expensive.

You are kidding, right? I don’t know what you consider expensive, and maybe you have some relative comparison that skews your opinion, but this game is pricey in terms of what can be spent.
I suspect that you are a child of the “new normal” economics and think that
6.00 is a reasonable price to pay for a latte.
Pro tip: It’s colored water.
