There are no voice sound effects. Every other sound works just fine, but voices do not work. I am playing on a Galaxy S20.
Blizzard changed the install so you have to download certain things individually, and voice lines are one of those “supplementary” things. Check in the menu and see if there’s an option to download voice lines. If not, then that might actually be a bug.
