Hello! I just completed two daily quests (take 20 turns / deal 65 damage to the enemy hero), and the rewards don’t seem to have been added to my overall total. My total points haven’t changed, and now the quests are not showing in my daily quest log which makes sense seeing as I’ve completed them. I’ve closed Hearthstone and even disconnected from Battle Net, but that didn’t change anything. Interestingly enough, the third daily quest of spending 500 Mana registered that I had spent mana during the match, but HS isn’t acknowledging the completion of the other two quests.
I have experienced the same with a weekly quest just now, and I’ve faced the same issue before where I completed 2 quests simultaneously and only 1 registered
Close and reopen hearthstone, it will then increment. At least this is what I’ve seen for me.
I responded at length in another thread to this, but tldr; Blizzard, your community is already beyond angry. This bug that you’ve left in place for ten days or so now, makes it look like the system everybody already loathes, for which apparently some people are not even getting quests, is also not rewarding the player for completing quests. Do you really want players to have this perception?
I’ve already closed and reopened HS, but that hasn’t been helpful. Additionally, when I completed a weekly quest today I was awarded points that put me past the Level 21 threshold, but I’m still unable to access the pack reward for reaching level 20 due to allegedly not having enough points. Basically what I’m seeing is that points from the completed daily quests aren’t accruing, but the weekly quest points have been accounted for. This has resulted in a discrepancy between what my actual game level is and the one the reward tracker is displaying. The reward system is clearly bugged.
I just completed one quest, didn’t get the reward (exp), and then beat a 2nd quest, and low and behold, it didn’t reward me yet again. I’m a sad panda
