After finally being able to play the replacement tavern brawl (after being locked out in the same way as a bunch of other people here it seems due to having started an incomplete run of the original tavern brawl), when I win my first game of the new brawl, I didn’t get a pack reward. I assume it’s because the game has me already down as two wins from the now abandoned 4 card brawliseum, but I didn’t get any packs from those wins because that that tavern brawl awards packs at the end rather than after the first win IIRC.
I hope they fix this soon. Honestly, there should be some kind of global compensation from blizzard to say sorry for all of this mess and how long it has taken them to fix it.

Same here. I was 7-2 in the heroic brawl when it was disabled. Then I was locked out of the new tavern brawl for 2 days. And now the new tavern brawl (Top 3) is available to me but I already have 7 wins without playing a single game and the chest is already open without me getting any reward.
Same here. I did not get my pack even though the chest is now open after my 1 win.

Same here, went 8-0 in the original brawl. Then the second came up, finished at 12-2 but got no reward as well. The chest is opened, but no Classic pack to be found…
Same for me, I was playing brawliseum 4-0, then it has been disabled and I didn’t get any reward. Today I was finally able to launch new tavern brawl, but the chest was already opened. I have played and won a game but no reward has appeared. So I was winning Brawliseum, won tavern brawl in new format but I didn’t get any reward out of it.
So I’m another one with the same thing. Although I was 1-0 in Brawliseum, I still cannot receive pack from Top3 brawl 
Me neither. Didnt even got the classic pack.
Blizzard is trash, can’t do anything properly

Same here, 6 wins and 2 losses, then no reward promised with a win in the new brawl.
Here also no reward after relaunch new brawl. Was at 2-0 before it was taken down.

Same here… My brawl is still bugged and didn’t get any reward and can’t play atm.
Me too. The tavern is working ok today, but I never received any pack ou the rewards for my 4 wins before they locked the tavern…
Same here. No reward in neither tavern brawls. The first got blocked at 4-1 and in the second i played 2-3 games but no reward.
Hope they will solve this fast.
Same here I was 2 or 3/0 on brawlysium when it crash and now I can play the new brawl the chest is already openned …
After the brawl tech issues. I tried completing my run. The brawl opens and shows my deck, but the play button and wins/losses are missing. I already played 2 or 3 games won them all without a loss. during the last game, the game showed a message that the game was saved and recorded and asked to restart HS to continue which i did. After that the closure for fixing the brawl from blizzard showed up.
I have same problem, i was 1-0 on wednesday and in friday after tavern brawl mode has changed and deck reset i had 1 win and chest openned but didn’t got reward. I think that the problem is becouse in wednesday was arena mode of tavern brawl and wins were saved but propably noone finished his arena run and mode was changed but winscore is same thats why we dont get reward. Blizzard should totally restart brawl in my opinion.
