No returning player experience popup after >90 day absence

I did not receive a the returning player experience after not having played for 90 days. I followed this up with blizzard support who said they don’t have the tools to deal with this and recommended raising it here. I play on IOS and tried returning to the game in March when the same thing happened last time I thought it was my fault so logged out of all devices and followed supports guidance. Coming back again in Jul the same thing occurred they checked my account and suggested logging a bug report.
