Hello. I did not receive the Ranked Rewards for standard Ranked (Dec 2024). I have been using iOS App for access all along, and haven’t encountered this issue before. Restarting the App didn’t help.
Please look into this issue. Thanks and Happy New Year.

Same issue - no monthly rewards were awarded for Dec 2024. First time using this forum. Sure hope that these reports are read
I got mine. Did you check to see if you got new packs you get at the end and just didn’t see the graphics?

I also have this problem. I was very surprised
I also received no ranked rewards for this season. Opening and closing the app does not trigger the end of the season chest animation nor are the packs from ranking added to my collection.
Same issue here. Tried both iOS and Mac OS to log in. When I logged in, only quests appeared. No animation, card packs or reward cards. Other functions seem to be normal.
Same thing. I played a game and got bonus stars for winning so that part is working correctly, but no actual rewards from last season.

No animation, no unopened packs. Other functions of the iOS App are fine.
No unopened packs for me. It’s the 1st thing I checked before reporting the issue.
No end of season rewards for me either. I thing it is similar to the Twist bug a few months back.

I thought that occur from i kept running HS app while changing year.
But it might be not.
I didn’t play Twist last month. Hope there would be a hotfix soon.
