I opened singature Sherff Barrelbrim and when I got uncrafted Sherff Barrelbrim then there is no option for reroll another signature card.
Which did you open first? The signature, or the regular?
usually order matters but i think there is no re-roll for Sheriff anyway , normal is free to all , gold is under tavern pass.
So both are “no disenchantable” and so don’t trigger the re-roll according to
Starting with 25.0, if you claim one of these, but already own a lower quality copy that’s disenchantable, you’ll get a popup that offers to re-roll the lower quality copy to a different card of the same rarity from that card set.

I opened the singature first (from pack) and got normal version in the tavern pass where it should be a reroll
Sorry, but that is not how rerolls work.
Three conditions must be met:
- You receive a card that is not disenchantable
- You already own a copy of lower quality
- That lower quality copy is disenchantable
When you received the normal copy from the tavern pass, only condition 1 was met.

To be more clear
Not for this specific case but for future ones that respect all re-roll criteria , your order was incorrect , first you should get the normal/gold and than the Signature one , doing the opposite (signature first than normal/gold ) will not work.
@Cece: Even changing the order would not have worked in this case. Signature Barrelbrim (like every signature that can be found in packs) can be disenchanted, and hence never qualifies for a reroll of the lower quality versions.
