No hover text over imprisoned overseer

in Arena. Perhaps this is for all dormant minions, but not being able to read the minion on the battlefield is bad, Please fix.

[Added 11/3] We are aware that Dormant cards are missing their mouseover tooltip while Dormant. This issue is scheduled to be resolved in the 21.8 patch.
