been watching the Masters for many hours between yesterday and today.
i have received many other blizzard and other twitch rewards in the past (past HS deck drops as well). account linked for years.
What does Twitch say about the rewards ? You claimed them ?

nope no claims. today i finally got a progress bar at 10%. there may not be enough time left to get both decks. 
then the issue is on twitch and on the channels you’ve been looking this through
Not sure it it’s accurate but I’ve noticed that you can’t just open a stream and reduce the window or put it in another tab to count you need to have it being the primary tab of a non-reduced window (it can still be in the back of your screen, but not reduced)

I watched Playhearthstone stream the whole time. i JUST got 2 decks from watching today and not much time left either. I haven’t changed or done anything differently from how i always watch twitch streams.
The 2 decks per day reward means i am short 4 decks so far.
Hopefully blizzard and/or twitch will give those rewards later. copium
I’ve been able to get 6 packs (2 per day) leaving my phone on overnight (yes it’s that time of day for me). Just need to claim them from the Drops page.
as i said before there are only the 2 decks from today’s viewing, nothing from the
other days
i got all 6 but clearly there is something strange happening with twitch sometimes not tracking … when i confirm it’s working with the twitch inventory tab i let it go and usually get them.
100% a twitch problem or feature 
sadly twitch is already passing the buck to blizzard on this. any bets on where blizzard will pass it back to?

Edit: Well I am probably SoL on this.
The last communication from a blizzard GM says they will have devs look at it. If nothing else there have been some vast improvements in blizzard policies and personnel. Unike the past badly written, canned ,boilerplate, auto responses i have received in the past, it was actual people responding who read the info i sent and made an effort. (or AI has gotten better than i thought 
lol).
They also didn’t threaten to ban me from the game for sending additional info a couple of times after the first ticket.
The last communication from twitch says they can’t do anything about bugs that have occurred after the event is over. The fact that the bugs on stream view tracking and the wrong number of decks showing on the drops & rewards page, happened before the event ended.
Not to mention that the first e-mail I sent to twitch reporting the problem was sent on sunday before the event ended. big oof twitch
