Same no daily quest for me today.
I am having the same issue, but today is the first day I experienced it.
I also have no daily quest

no answer from blizzard yet i filled a service ticket

I didn’t receive any daily quests today or yesterday too. This issue is already listed on 29.4 Known Issues, let’s wait for a fix.

Blizzard has solved the difficulty of quest problem. They have removed players being issued any quests at all.
It’s been 2 days without receiving daily quests.
Same here. Missed two days of quests.
Today is 3rd day for me with no daily quest. =(
I don’t receive my quest from nozdormu too. I hope that the team can fix it

Same here, I didn’t received my quest from “Nozdormu quest” or any quest the 15th too.
+1 No daily quests for the past few days and no weekly quests after the refresh.
