The new thread on How to share screenshots, videos, and replays is not shown in the forum.
It has a tag that says “This topic is unlisted; it will not be displayed in topic lists, and can only be accessed via a direct link”. I know about it because I got a notice about the thread because I have this forum on Watching.
Just giving feedback. Not sure if this is intended. Can delete this topic otherwise.
