New Ragnaros skin doesn’t work in Battlegrounds

I bought the new Ragnaros skin thinking it would work for Battlegrounds, but it doesn’t.

Blizzard doesn’t mention this at all before purchase - but moreover, Blizzard, can you PLEASE make this skin work in Battlegrounds?

Why would it? What makes you think it would? You cant be Ragnaros every match you decide to play, as the heroes to pick from are random every time. How would you think the skin would somehow change that? Did you believe you could buy the skin to always play as Ragnaros every match? Where did you read anything that would remotely make you believe that would ever be the case?

Or are you wanting Ragnaros’ background board to be your board in BGs? Because again, those are entirely different boards. The Ragnaros Skin just happens to include a board with it, because not all skins before it did I believe. But it would have said a BGs Board if thats what was being bundled. But Rag’s board as far as I know is tied to his skin being picked, but if I recall its just the same board as the one from Badlands expansion?

They never advertised it as a BGs skin.

I know the hero’s are random. I’m not trying to play Ragnaros every game.
Again, I don’t play the main variant of the game, just Battlegrounds, so I’m not familiar with the visual mechanics of the board. Seeing the visuals of the skin & board looked cool.

I see what you’re saying, and I’ll clarify that I’m talking about the board. I get that there’s mechanics of the skin that wouldn’t work in BGs.

it would all work in bg’s and it wouldnt be hard for them to make it work
