Priest seem like they’re getting some really cool cards this expansion

8 mana 10/10.

What’s the catch? Seems really strong.

Priest continues to be horribly unfun to face - endless generation or endless resurects. What a cool playstyle.

If priest would come to higher tiers in ranking I vote for more face support for all classes even when I despise “my face iz goin’ to smash yer face propa” playstyle.

With all the mana reduction priest is getting, this card is madness

At the Darkmoon Faire!!

Instead of a 5/5 it will be a 10/10 the trick is the evolution of the card style from rare to epic.

actually is Madness Everywhere Everywhere

In an increasingly battlecry-reliant game, you can’t use any and you’re stuck with neutral rush minions.

Nameless One is also a whiff.

I’ll probably use this card, but it will take some care to get mileage out of it.

This. Card isn’t very exciting. Battlecries have exploded in power and frankly who cares if the priest can pay 8 for a beefier Convincing Infiltrator; it’s still less annoying than mass reviving 3 of them.

I don’t see why you couldn’t use battlecry minions in a deck that runs Idol if Y’shaarj. Sure, you don’t get the battlecry, but you’re still getting an 8-mana 10/10, which isn’t nothing.

And because it summons a copy, you still get to use the original minion later.

All I can see is 8 mana, summon our homes, our tombs or greetings, fellow human

That convincing infiltrator has never looked bigger.

Looks hard to hard run, but fine to generate.

Meme Potential:

Boar for charge.
Blistering Rot: for 20/20 of stats.
Archmage Vargoth Or ManaDiscounts+Enchanted Cauldron: to fill board with 10/10s.

2/5 Star Power card

As ever with these types of cards, the immediate question is simple; what do I want to get from this? Priest has no Rush or Charge minions, limited Taunt, not a lot of great effects that you’d want to pull out for 8 mana or are drastically improved by being put on a 10/10. Practical applications are limited.

The catch is you need to live past Turn 7 against a DH or paladin.

I disagree. This will be most of the time a 7 mana spell in Rez Priest and you can either highroll, Catrina Muerte or Vargoth. I would go as far as taking psychopomp out of the deck for it since the longterm downside outway the advantage vs aggro.

A 10/10 Khartut defender is nothing to scoff at. This card, together with the other discover-reduce-mana card will make Rez Priest far more consistent (even though it can even better high roll now:D)

This now certainly not my concern when I play Priest.
