New patch popup error message

a red error message is showing up: “message popup display was not available to show a message” … this occurs when navigating off of the main screen to the mercenaries screen in particular

edit [01/31/23]: this only seems to be occuring on my lower end computers, but nothing i do seems to fix it, tried scan and repair and re-installing and nothing has helped so far

The fact that this has been going on for almost a month and not only have they not fixed it as far as I can tell they haven’t even confirmed they are aware of it just proves Blizzard has no idea what they are doing.
