The 3 abilities:
Pacified: Set the attack and health of all enemy minions to 2.
Reinforced: Draw 2 minions. Set their attack, health, and cost to 2.
Empowered:Give your other minions +2/+2
Spicy effect, and with itself having Taunt, you need to have hard removal or whack it 4 times to get through it to the paladins other minions

Because paladin had issues making their minions stick to the board, they were desperate for that.

Overall first impression, disgustingly good. A board-wide Cariel Hero-like effect. Given the general lack of hard removal outside of Priest, this seems like it’ll be super sticky, so it’ll consistently get off more than one effect, unlike the other Titans. Only Blood DK or Control Warlock (lol) would be able to easily get rid of this, in addition to Priest. And I guess when Mage randomly generates a Reverberations.
EDIT: Also important to note that Paladin will be able to buff this with Disco Maul, and Seal of Blood/Garden’s Grace/Hand of Adal, making it harder and harder to remove with regular damage. Though I hope a deck won’t be built around it.
Reinforced made me throw up in my mouth a little bit. Here’s hoping that we don’t see Paladin also start playing some stupid, mana-cheating, Thaddius + Flesh Behemoth deck. Good for Big Paladin, I guess, but at what cost? I guess this could also draw you a Countess and then you could just have a ridiculously bananas turn, but that’s a highroll. Worse than Purator in Pure Paladin, I think.
Pacified is astonishing. ~Humility and ~Equality that only hits enemies, on a giant stick. If you have a board you can just take it from your opponent. Pure Paladin would love this effect I think.
Empowered: the boring option when you don’t need the other two.
There’s a 0% chance that this card doesn’t get mobbed with hate. Would Pure Paladin cut anything to run this?

I suspect this is going to get nerfed in the future

I can see big paladin loving this, hoping to hit it with Lor’themar before playing it. The effects are bonkers…Pacified is simply busted imo and Empowered would fit in well with divine shield-focused decks or even mechs.
the draw 2 can be good for big paladin.
I don’t see that being good in regular paladin. Maybe it just me. fit everywhere, but lack real power.
would you play that over countess or colossal as a tempo play? Definitly not.
Would you play that as a board clear over the dragon nozdormu? Definitly not.
Its not bad, but the main plus is drawing two giant minions and discounting them. The +2/2 cenarius effect isn’t very relevant, and the first effect , stalling, doesn’t fit with most paladin archetype except big.
the damage reduction is meaningless. This will be hard removed by almost every deck in the meta.
It’s gonbe amazing in pure paladin
Why is this so utterly broken?
How does Paladin keep getting away with busted cards over and over and then you have stuff like Warrior is just trash.
How is this only 1 mana more powerful than the warrior one, for example? This isn’t even on the same playing field of balance. This thing is twice as good as the Warrior Titan. Your minions can’t take more than 2 damage at a time? Nice…now the Titan is extremely difficult to remove.
Of all the Titans, this one so far is the most resilient and most likely to be able to use all their abilities.

I don’t think so. First its not utterly broken, you made the same kind of point about damage reduction for paladin legendary spell and its useless.
Warrior titan is way better at stealing the board . This one is more about ‘‘clearing’’ (if you can call that clearing) and drawing, its a utility legendary whose only useful feature is to manacheat big minions.
The damage reduction will be utterly useless against many deck. It’ll die to aggro flood based deck like imp lock or enrage warrior. It’ll die to dk and priest. Itll be removed by rogue concotion. Warlock can hard removal it. Druid has board clear now on turn 7 with the advocate of maw + the rush minion. Mage can just delete it with the banish , or the 3 mana duplicate spell and a ping. There are SO many way to easily kill this card in current meta.
Its not like this is a must kill either. If you let it leave, opponent might buff his minion or reduce your stats. How is it remotely more menacing that what blood dk is doing with voidcaller, his 3 mana buff spell and all the mordred/ patchwerk shenanigan?
Because it’s amazing at controlling the board? It’s super broken for 7 mana. Compared to warrior or hunter titans it’s broken af.

what a joke. reducing minionstat to 2/2 is amazing? these minion can still use their effect. They can still be buffed by shaman or warrior for example, to deal extra damage.
DK gets syndragosa at the same cost , delete two minion , leave a 6/6 body. At 8 they have void caller.
Priest has behemoth which is a must remove, instant heal 8 life.
You read the cards effect right? Paladins minions cant take more than 2 damage at a time. Buffing them does nothing unless you can hard remove it.
I’ll write a scenario since you have trouble vizualizing this.
Shaman : get a big board turn 7 .
Paladin: drop titan. Reduce stats.
Shaman turn 8 : Bloodlust + hex or silence. win game.
Yes it is. Because it has a freaking taunt 8 health and your minions can’t take more then 8 health at w time meane they need to trade 4 minions to kill it. Imagine a board of 6/7 of enerage warrior is turned into 2/2. It’s basically a board wipe and it’s even better you have a board yourself to protect this titan.
I mean how on earth are you thinking this is bae. Are you some sort of garbage tier paladin main?

Write that same scenario for warrior/hunter and without hex/silence because totem shaman doesnt run that.

Lol no because they still have to go through taunt and still won’t do more then 2 dmg at a time even having 100 attack. Lol are you having problems with reading or understanding?
Why wouldn’t they run that, if paladin become meta? Too hard to fit a couple of tech card in your deck, especially considering hex and silence are very good against paladin, big druid, big warlock and will even find use against priest or DK?
Someone will learn how hex and silence work. Its okay pal, please take the time to read theses card well.
Between this thread and the Khazgoroth thread, I’m not sure Nizidran can actually read or play Standard at a relevant level. Maybe best to just let him be…
