Likely packfiller, but temp frost spells are interesting for board stall for elemental mage/shaman.

This gives you frost spells of any class, right?
I don’t know if you would want to play this on curve, since you won’t get to play the spells. But I guess the mini version can be played for spells later, and having a miniaturize elemental is pretty good for helping to keep chains going.

Looks like fury and blizzard are the only big cards. So it shouldn’t be too hard to get to use a frost spell even when you play the 3 drop. The mini of course becomes super easy to use in a later turn
The only thing is whether the meta is slow enough to allow you go play a greed minion and how helpful extra frost spells will be (like I don’t see it being good against a warrior)

This is probably good enough to use in basically any highlander deck.
2 waves of frost spells, main body is an okish tempo play in an emergency. Mini version is kind of a powerhouse.

This will probably get buffed to a 3/4 just because.
Definitely a great drop in elemental mage. Anything that generates a 1 mana elemental you can use to keep your “elemental last turn” effects active is good.
I also like cards like this because you have to think about how and when to use them.
That being said, elemental mage is probably not going to be a good deck, because there will be 3-4 monster turn 7-8 decks that will need to be nerfed before it can become a tier 3 deck.
