Pirates are the weakest rase with few sinergies (unlike elementals, dragons, beasts, murlocs) so it’s really not THAT overpowered and also Pirates don’t have cards with such a big stats for other player to not be able to deal with (full board).
PS: I’m not much of an artist, but I can imagine spirit of Daelin calling his crew “Sail with me lads once again…”
