Big spell Mage support im so happy.
There’s a 10 mana objective that goes with this that casts a spell from your deck each turn but that still leaves the deck seeming really clunky
So if it swaps stats with costs, if you draw two 10 mana spells with it, it could become a 6 mana 10/10, add two 5 mana yogg puzzleboxes to your hand?
Should have meme potential in wild, and maybe a couple timmy plays. Im not sure what the spells are meant to be, are they hidden in a reveal or just teasing?
Like i dont’ mind mage having a deck i just don’t know what to do with a archetype that wins vs nothing, loses vs everything honestly so i just gave up on traditional sw control after a while. It’s dead whether or not it has 10% winrate matches or not if it’s best matchups are only 35-50% to 50s in the mirror.
This and the spell are really cool, but where are the big spells that actually close out games?
I’m not going to be winning more than losing because I discounted and/or cheated out some Masks of C’thun and Deep Freezes…
Someone should run this with some 0 mana spells for the real value of seeing what happens if you ever manage to play a 6 mana 0/0 and enjoy all those 5 mana coin shenaningans.
How the stats works?
For example, if the two spells are Mask and Deep Freeze, the minion stats will be the secondary spell like 8/8? Or the spells will cost 5 and the minion will be 7/8?
I’ll make the post so he doesn’t have to.
‘If this is any good it’ll get nerfed’

The meta is too fast for a card like this shine, unfortunately.
I’m on cloud nine right now , all i need is the cherry on top of the cake.
Give me that hero card with also Big Spell Mage synergy.
Sounds strong when it Highrolls:
6 mana
10/10
Battlecry: Draw 2 cards, reduce their cost by (5).
But, I think it’s balanced with the current card pool.
5/5 Star Power, in a 1/5 Star Power Deck/Archetype.
Does she gain the stats of BOTH spells? This is important to know…
If she draws 2 10 mana spells…is she a 20/20? Or does one change her health and the other change her attack??
I think is the case, the first spell define the attack and the second the health, if the stats are combined the card is broken.
I second this question. The wording is somewhat confusing.
The reveal video shows her gaining one stat from each spell. But it’s not clear how the game decides which becomes attack and which health. It might be be draw order:
I think first spell drawn checks attack and second does health.
I think that’s the case.
Imagine if in the video she’d drawn 1 and 2 cost spells from the deck lol.
There were so many things that had to go exactly in the Mage’s favor just to make this card look cool and they still lost because their opponent actually played with the goal of killing them.
This card is amazing i think if we get more big cards revealed even better but i think when more mage cards from futurre expansions come into to play this card will be making a big meta spell mage deck i can see it already very very happy
The video I think is misleading.
It keeps showing ignite casting to enemies face, but there’s no reason to believe the spells it casts aren’t random. And this is extremely important. You don’t want to run targeted spells.
This also works well with Celestial Ink Set, since the spells that are drawn are automatically set to 5 for the most efficient discounts.
Or another fun idea: Potion of Illusion. It might create a few low rolls from the draw on this or Evoker, but being able to play Balinda as a 1-mana 5+/5+ while getting two big spells discounted to 1-mana could work pretty well.
That sounds like a lot of set up.
We really need to see if the Mage Hero card helps out.
