Harcode Mode Suggestion
An optional hardcore mode for Classic, Standard, Wild, Casual, where once you lose with a deck you won’t have that deck available for the rest of the season. That said, once you change at least one card after a loss you’re good to go again.
Scenario
You start a new season Standard in hardcore mode. You start with a promising deck. After winning nine times in a row you lose once. Then you will have to change at least one card in your deck. You switch one card and go at it again. After five victories you lose. Then you can switch one card again, as long as you’re not switching back to a deck with which you already lost, or for example switch to a different Hero and create a totally new deck.
Pros
- Players will use a greater variety of decks
- Losing is more intense as you will lose your access to the deck you used, for the duration of the season
- Winning is more rewarding as you get to use your winning deck at least one more time
- The meta will keep changing for this game mode
Cons
- New players with less cards will run out of options faster
- A new game mode, so greater complexity for the Hearthstone developer
- Losing might be too frustrating now for some players
I’d recommend the hardcore game mode to be in beta for a while.
You must not like phones very much if you’re willing to introduce the “I threw my phone” mode so casually.

Sounds like a very stupid and terrible mode, constructed deck is constructed deck for a reason.
This mode will end up letting player play for a day and quit for the rest of the month because he or she exhausted all the decks in day.
And to further compete with other players with better decks is unfair.

This mode will be optional on top of the existing mode of course. It will be different and it will be fair as everyone has the same conditions. Apart from that it might be incredibly frustrating and might lead to phone throwing and cursing etc. Great stuff for streaming, right?

They would need to remove win/loss matchnaking from the mode; let you find your wins and your losses on your own!

That might be an issue yes, hadn’t thought of that yet to be honest.
Changing exactly one card after each loss should help here. I think there are lots of different deck possibilities in Hearthstone, so it might work out after all, especially in Wild.
