Only as good as the rush minions available to DH at any given time. This actually did get some support in MotLK, with Fierce Outsider, Shambling Chow, Vengeful Walloper, Fel’dorei Warband, and Brutal Annihilan. Herald of Chaos and Azsharan Defector came from Sunken City.
I’ll bet this is a solid deck that will see play by combining Outcast and Rush stuff, but I really doubt that the legendary sees play. It’s not good. DH doesn’t have a history of getting boards to stick and keeping a board of 1-health tokens for more than a turn is nearly impossible.
Plus, the entire Relic package is still intact, along with Sinful Brand.
(Also, feel free to note that DH got an all-new rush package in the ETC expansion when Warrior actually had a game-winning rush strategy with the actual ETC legendary back in Darkmoon Faire. Hmm.)

These all likely end up being pretty good in the duels format in my opinion. Nice.
Because I’m biased, also please compare Rush the Stage with Warrior’s new Chorus Riff.
The combination of Halveria Darkraven and Security is probably fine enough, it is like a bloodlust + do 1+2+3+7 damage on board. You even have very specific draw for rush, so the combo is pretty consistent. I might end up trying DH after rogue nerfs, there are a ton of combos I can already think of that are decent.
DH will probably use Halveria the same way DK and Shaman use Bloodlust - if you ever get a board full of your rush minions to stick, its a huge burst of damage to face. I doubt you’ll ever use Halveria to trade on board, DH will have so many rush minions and weapons to do that.

I don’t think you want to be running non-optimal rush minions. You have no need to, maybe your rush deck will end up looking completely different to mine. I definitely would be trading Halveria after dropping it in most situations after using him up for a turn.
3 mana
Draw 2 targeted cards and reduce cost by 1
My goodness… the powercreep is crazy.

Well it’s not too different from ice fishing. You might not end up using the reduction of both cards effectively by the time you draw this and play them out.
There’s no such thing as not using things efficiently in DH. With a 1 mana hero power, you never have to worry about lingering mana problems.

Wraithscale will also be in, I think, which turns your 1/1 rush tokens into a ludicrous amount of damage.
It helps having a 1 mana hero power, but if you were to like top deck this on turn 6 with nothing left in hand chances are you can’t play both of the cards down in the same turn, you’d be left with a ton of mana probably on both turns. It depends on your includes, I would probably not build a deck solely based around the rush, but include this still for targetted draw.
If DH is in a scenario where they have no cards in hand, it’s a major problem in deck building. DH has some of the best draw in the game and should be able to consistently keep their hand filled with cards. DH is the master of efficiency.

The odd DH package is still quite strong in wild and it uses about 20 1 cost cards, it usually closes out by turn 5/6 so designing your deck to burn out by then is not necessarily a terrible choice, aggro is kind of DH’s domain. I can see this card being a decent fit there at least even if some of the other rush cards are not odd costed.
“A Deck full of Rush Cards is Fun.”
-no one ever.
Halveria Darkraven.
It might work, but meh.
3-5/5 Star Power
Rush the Stage.
I love any 3 mana draw 2.
I don’t love Rush minions much though. Kind of sucks if this won’t be usable in multiple Demon Hunter decks, maybe it will be usable.
4-5/5 Star Power
Snakebite.
Super Meh.
1/5 Star Power
Security!!
Meh. It can be a little interesting, but it’s probably only going to be used in the Rush deck that won’t work. Might be cool for triggering other stuff sometime.
2/5 Star Power
