New Buffs/Nerfs update 33 patch

What are your thoughts about the new update. I’m chuffed that The equilibrium quest from priest has only four spells of each to fulfill. I had some f.ing lank wins with that.
VS a strong warrior I had five Sol-Etos onboard with three of them reborn still. Using grave rune and seance one can go absolutely Akon with these quest

I also play wild. I’m enjoying the buffs. So far I’ve played priest, rogue, and shaman.

Rogue is the most fun. Infinite Incindiuses absolutely destroys the greedy decks and free minions really help even the playing field against more aggressive decks.

Shudderblock + the shaman reward is also super fun. Wild has plenty of ways to draw into The Block. I’m currently running one Caraicature Artist and Tae’lin alongside some good value typed minions and 6 amalgams. I can usually complete by 5 to play block on 6.

Priest is super strong but the game plays out the same way every time so I haven’t played it as much.

I still want to try DH and Warlock. I don’t usually like DH but I love quests.

The nerf to ball hog is a buff for quest DH, moreso with the buff to the quest itself

Except for the bug that’s preventing it from dealing double damage after quest completion. :frowning:

You sure it’s not dealing double damage and not just not receiving healing from the second hit? Because that I DID notice

Im facing a far bigger variety of decks than I was prior to the patch… but I miss murmur. Most of my fun was creating awful murmur decks surrounding the draenei legendary that created a location. Murmur needed to be nerfed for the long term health of the game though.

It does seem him and dr. 5 druid have been replaced by dorian warlock which isnt particularly fun to face.

But I do feel as though the capacity to build different decks has opened up… theres nothing that seems oppressive to deckbuilding yet.

You shouldn’t get healing from the second hit. It’s the quest reward aura causing that, not the hog.

This was a very good patch as far as the nerfs go. The only two decks really hurt were Lok druid (good riddnce) and menagerie DK. Everything else just got calmed down enough to allow for some diversity.

The buffs don’t seem to have really done the job. I’ve been losing to some of the quests but they don’t seem to be taking off, overall. Quests are hard to balance but its sort of sad for the set overall.

The absolute best of the new expansion is priest with the new quest. I put in night shade tea and some odd holy spells. Once Sol-Etos is there one puts on séance, grave rune or the one that also puts a copy in hand and final, give the copy +1/+2. You keep copying sol etos and giving it reborn again. It’s wicked fun, deathrattle 5 dmg!! I played against a strong warrior deck and kept tearing his sh apart. That deck is enormous
