I like where this is going. I think Remixed Tuning Fork is going to be the darling for Control Warrior now, despite the new Craftsman’s Hammer existing. Also the Riff package takes up so much room in a deck - they aren’t bad cards, it’s just that they seem good enough to include anywhere, and that’s 6 slots. In FoL, Warriors were desperate for any good cards, but now we have way more options so being “forced” to take all 6 cards feels worse.
One comment I have is that BRnR seems to only exist here for Minotauren and Remornia. Which are both good, but that might mean BRnR isn’t worth it. Rockstar exists for the Armor damage burst, Odyn is a big body but doesn’t immediately act, and Steam Guardian is a modest 6/6 post-BRNR. Not having Finley in a deck where you want BRnR to hit specific things sounds like you’re just tossing spaghetti at the wall every game.
My own thoughts are that BRnR can still serve as a second win condition, but overall it still needs to be as consistent as possible, otherwise it’s kind of a waste. I’m thinking of a deck list that uses BRnR, Lor’themar, Trenchstalker x2, and Remornia as a win condition package, and is otherwise a mostly new Control package centered around Odyn and the new cards. Abandoning the old Last Stand taunt package, for the most part.
I’m not sold on Thori’belore, honestly. It’s great with all the fire spells but it might just hang around as a 4/4. It’s not like you have Imbued Axe, Anima Extractor, or Sanguine Depths synergy in a Control list.
I’m going to do what I always do and start with a Renathal list, that whittles things away over time.
EDIT, something like this: https://hearthstone.blizzard.com/deckbuilder?deckcode=AAECAQcIiN8EtsQF5bAE76IFpfYFl%2B8E2IEGud0FELDHBOzQBYigBO%2FOBOvQBY7UBLDpBZDUBOrQBYmgBPDNBYWCBqT7BY77BaH7BZf7BQAA
Ignis probably isn’t worth it. But it’ll be fun to try. Deck might need more draw, so I’d cut Ignis and Thori’belore for Light of the Phoenix or something.
Thiribelore is here just as a pure efficient removal tool. It resurrects every time you use a fire spell. So you can trade it multiple times even during a single turn. One of the reasons enrage warrior fights for board with such an efficiency.
But right finley kinda needs to be included and maybe one trench stlker.
I tried not to include too many greed late game win cons just so the deck could actually curve out a little bit better.
That’s why no last stand as it is another 7 mana greed card disguised as a one mana spell.
Maybe this deck needs 2x tidal revanant. Instead of brnr.
I was thinking about that yesterday. With Odyn that can become a 13 damage nuke to the enemy face.
Warrior might be able to get away with a style that completely forsakes the BRNR package, but at that point you’re really hoping that Patchwerk or Dirty Rat don’t rob you of Odyn’s battlecry. If Blood DK and Control Priest are unpopular (lol yeah, right) you won’t need BRNR at all.
EDIT: Semi-related, the way I see it is that Control Warrior can have 3 win conditions. 5-card BRNR package (BRNR, Lorthemar, Remornia, Trenchstalker x2), Odyn (the deck can be passively built towards this, so it’s most of the cards), and Ignis’ 10-mana weapon. Ignis and BRNR are only 6 cards, and both win games. That leaves the other 24 (34) cards for a traditional Control strat that capitalizes on Odyn and board control. The fact that BRnR and Lorthemar hit every minion in the deck is just a bonus at that point.
I like your list. I would probably include more fire spells though to capitalize on thori. Probably woulg get rid of bash to include light of the Phoenix for more card draw. Bash is good with odin. But otherwise it’s kinda meh.
That’s true, it was a reflexive inclusion for me because Bash has been one of the only early-game control tools for months.

Morphed to something like this.
Cards on the chopping block would be Forged in Flame, Craftsman’s Hammer, Thori’belore, and maybe Bash. There’s only so many Fire spells in the deck so cutting any would make Thori worse and worse. But Enrage Warrior only has 6 Fire spells and Thori is great there. If you cut even one weapon, I would drop Forged in Flame entirely for Light of the Phoenix.
Cards looking to join would maybe be Khaz’goroth, Light of the Phoenix, and maybe Tidal Revenant (but that’s a stretch). I see a world where you cut Craftsman’s Hammer x2 and Forged in Flame x2 for Khaz’goroth, Light x2, and maybe Smelt x1 or even ETC.
Ignis is also a wild card here, but I think he’s just a solid potential win condition for a Control deck like this.
I wouldn’t cut thori probably. In enrage this guy is amazing and I think you can run definitely at least 6 fire spells. 7 mana one, bellowimg flames and light of the Phoenix.
I think that warrior has to play like old control paladin. Tempo and removal together. I doub it has enough efficient removal from hand to just play like priest.
So I’m gonna try non renathal version first and cut the one drop for olgra and finley. Olgra being just another efficient temoval that can go face.
Seems kinda bad ngl.
I bet yiur silver version will be so much better noob
Nah the decklist just sucks. It’s all over the place. You have 11 total targets for BRnR with only 3 of those being late game minions (so the overall value for your early and midgame minions is going to be pretty lackluster), and you have several random cards thrown in.
This is a bronze list.
Show me your great dilver version then.
We both know I could show you any list and you’d say it’s bad. I could literally netdeck something or steal a pros theory craft and you’d still say it’s bad.
I’ve already pointed out why your deck is bad. You can take it or leave it. You assuming my rank is whatever. If you think that’s offensive to me then you’re really living your life on the internet
You’re just a salty noob tgat probably can’t get out of d5.
