So if one wants to get top 1 rank in the new arena system rank leaderboard all they have to do is buy tickets and retire the bad decks until they get god tier imbue deck as retiring doesn’t make you lose rating so that is the first pay to win mechanic in the new arena.
The second pay to win mechanic is unlimited tickets with money = more access to more arena games.
