Crash after crash, unoptimized cards keep crashing games…
Give some compensation or make it work properly, but don’t make us pay because the gameplay is written in a crappy way…

i cant even start a run. click arena from main screen, then just locked out. to be expected since they don’t test anything

Happening to me as well. Can’t reconnect to the game. It doesn’t count as a loss but it’s very annoying. Planned on playing a lot today, have a day off.

My guess is server overload is the issue. Arena not used to seeing this many people. Give it a few days for all the looky-loos to leave and it will probably stabilize.

which cards ? since you are unable to name it im guessing this is like what it used to happen when a new expansion was released years ago when the game was patched on release day

I managed to make a priest deck in the new arena, played 2 games (went 1-1), then upon trying to start the third game an error message comes up saying arena is currently unavailable. I come back a couple hours later and it lets me get back into the arena landing page, but when I try to start a game with said Priest deck, it produces another error message “The selected deck is not valid for this game mode.” When I look back at my decklist, it shows the 2 Lunwarwing Messengers as being banned in the format. That wasn’t the case when the game allowed me to draft those cards just a couple hours earlier. And if they banned it after I created the deck, perhaps they should retire my arena run and refund me the ticket? Now I either have to retire the run and get lame rewards,or wait for someone to notice that I’m locked out of arena until Blizzard does something about it. Two thumbs down to you, Blizzard.

Another smooth Blizzard launch I see… At least it’s not a full game… It’s only their corrupted bread winner… Arena… P2P, gold reward sucks but they keep giving use useless packs… I have over 1300 packs that are not even opened and would sell it back to them for 10g ea! Horrible business model and a waste of real money with their never ending crashes in arena… Where they charge players to play? lol Can someone spell collective L.A.W S.U.I.T. ?!

In case anyone is interested. Yes you can get Imbue in the new arena so Imbue Priest still exists for some reason. Just to kick everyone while they are down the Priest card pool is insane even without imbue.
Played 1 round. Game crashed. Now that it’s back up 4 of the cards in my deck are banned and I can’t change it. Can’t play it, and wasted a ticket. Are they going to fix this or am I just SOL?
Got this on my post - [Arena] Arena has been re-opened! We had to ban a few cards that were causing disconnections. If a banned card was in your deck, you will need to retire your run, but you will receive a refund of your ticket and your current prizing when you do.

Battlegrounds has been pretty buggy lately too. I don’t know what they are doing, but they definitely aren’t maintaining their servers properly it seems.
And people think these developers have this sophisticated super AI rigging machine through this spaghetti code that causes random cards to blow up their servers.
Considering the average life span of a motherboard is 5 years, and hearthstone is over twice that age, I’m inclined to agree. Though, pretty sure this is just spaghetti code errors rather than hardware age.
I took one BG disconnect and haven’t logged in again yet cause lmao this is a clown fiesta.

disconnecting not counting as a loss not enough ?i havent disconnected while playing but ive read posts from people who did and they said it didnt count as a loss
arena hearthstone, one of the most brilliant scams in the world of video games 
I click on arena and thats it. Game freezes. Cant even start playing. Blizzard?!??!?!??!
