Never draws a bomb

I know, i know, the probability theory, every new bomb reshuffles the deck, etc. This is even not a rant, but this is just ridiculous  I am trying bomb warrior in duels again and again and every run and maybe every 2-3 match i get a situation where i sit with 10+ armor whole game and shuffle 9 bombs and opponent has like 10 cards and still drawing that non-bomb card every time. Then shuffles something else into a deck and of course draws that card next time. I haven’t played thousands of games to even out the odds, but it looks like so far i am getting the bad hand of probabilities. Or… maybe this is some kind of hidden mechanism so people wouldn’t feel too sad to lose to bombs? Hey, even when i play against bombs i tend to not draw too many of them

I’ve been right where you are.

How can they not draw a bomb when they have 9 bombs and 10 cards left.?

I had that, and ended up dying in the end. Luck wasn’t on my side ;-;

Yep, i posted this after dying to a mage. Had 25 armor and 25 hp at some point and mage was at 12 i think. Had a minion that was shuffling back to deck when dying. And he drew it a few times when deck was like 2-3 cards and 8-9 bombs. Every time odds to draw bomb were getting higher and higher, but no…

UPD: OMG. I just played with mage against a bomb warrior, and 3 times he shuffled a bomb to my deck i drew it next turn and at the end he shuffled one bomb and i drew 2 one after another next turn.

I just can’t with this game…

UPD 2: This type of duels warrior seems hopeless. You do ok in first 1-5 rounds and then your deck becomes too clogged, you don’t draw you armor/bombs gear and opponents decks become too big for bombs to do impact. I just copied the treasure mech that shuffles bombs and played 5 of them in a row shuffling 25-30 bombs into opponent’s deck (not counting a few before that). His deck was probably 90% consisting of bombs. Sure, he drew a few. But i still lost. I couldn’t draw anything to reduce his board presence. It always feels with this deck, even if you shuffle tons of bombs that your clock is ticking and your loss is closer and closer.

Stats of opponent deck from my Duels today when I died:

Loss 1 Battle 1: 13 cards, 10 bombs
Loss 2 Battle 2: 20 cards, 13 bombs
Loss 3 Battle 3 (Against a bomb gore): 11 cards 9 bombs. Now, he pulled 5 bombs in TOTAL that game, and we put in roughly the same number of bombs in to each others deck. Again he pulled 5. I pulled 13…What the actual Eff…

On turn THREE of the last battle, I pulled two bombs IN A ROW…I ONLY HAD TWO BOMBS IN MY WHOLE DECK…This was absolute insanity. RNG is either an out and out punk, or something is wrong.

They probably played Tickatus uncorrupted so that they burnt their own bombs.

I love playing Bomb Warrior in Duels, but frankly, I lose almost everytime after 4-5 wins. But it’s way more fun to play than the Rush variant that is rampant today.

I had the opposite happen to me in a single game against bomb warrior in duels. Had 24 life, 25 total cards, which included 6 bombs. Drew 5 bombs in a row to my quick death.

Nice, I think the most bombs I drew in a row was 5, and it was enough to kill off a mage. They had to be fuming.

Imagine shuffling 10 bombs but never drawing once.

I have been killed a few times by a bomb warrior in duels. The last case I remember was when I drew two bombs in a row early in the game. I think I beat that warrior a few turns later. I think I’m running into more warriors with the power that makes one of their minions ram an enemy these days.

I’ve had instances of drawing many bombs in a row when the probability of doing so was like 10% or less. :frowning:

I don’t know how good of a suggestion it is, but I usually run card draw for both players (Coldlight Oracle and Prize Vendor). There is also a treasure that makes both players draw 2 cards and gain 1 mana.

I know that making the opponent draw can backfire horribly, but it accelerates the game and increases the odds of them drawing bombs if played early or you can use it as a finisher when they have very few cards left and lots of bombs.

I’ve had Mal’ganis put into play by my Skull of the Man’ari and soak 5 bombs, then plot twist a further 3 out of my deck.

The card draw murlocs aren’t bad. They were in a wild deck that got me to platinum this month, and close to diamond. It’s too bad you want the opponent to draw cards as a bomb warrior. I like to use them to make the opponent burn cards.

I have a Duels passive that makes it so I’m guaranteed to draw a bomb. I had a match where I had 20 cards left in deck + 5 bombs in it and I drew all 5 and died. I didn’t play polkelt or anything weird, that was literally my luck. The sad thing is I had Amara in hand and was hoping to draw 2 bombs then using her.

You can use it to burn cards in the first turns of the game if you face really greedy decks. But yeah, if you get to late game, the odds of drawing a bomb is so high, that you shouldn’t try to burn their cards.

Imagine trying to heal as a Priest

Btw, what Priest deck do you use in duels?I haven’t seen Quest Priest in action, only vanilla spell priest.

I play around with Deathrattle Priest a lot, it’s one of my favorite archetypes. Amara quest with Deathrattles…it’s cool because if you build it that way, you’re almost certainly guaranteed to get the reborn on your deathrattle minions passive, and that’s huge.

I make sure I run cheap deathrattles to start…like the 1/1 elemental and quillboar 2/4 taunt guy. You need those and they are both helpful at start of game and end game. When they have reborn it gets pretty sick.
