All netdecks were birthed as homebrews; that’s the only way it can happen; unless someone didn’t create them from a home and e.g. the devs made them so they are blizzarrdbrews (/s).
BTW if you’re good at homebrewing you will probably end up to the same netdeck someone else made; that’s because combos of cards are finite; 2 smart people think alike.
That’s why it’s dumb when people say “homebrews are bad decks”; all netdecks were homebrews; also there’s always a chance some future netdecks are undiscovered.
