I am having major issues beating Cenarius. Does anyone have tips? It just seems like Illidan does not have the cards to beat him. No taunt, no heals, and little cc. Garbage cards when compared to Cenarius really. I have tried about a dozen times and cant even get close. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Keep his board clear. You have healing, more sustained than Cenarius has (so don’t be afraid to use your face to clear something), as well as cc. If you clear his board every time, you don’t need taunt, since he’ll have no minions to attack.

You automatically have a turn 2 Weapon and a turn 3 Satyr Overseer who loves birthing babies for you. He’s absolute key and is what makes the battle easy.
Basically, if Cenarius does turn 1 Innervate + Hero Power, concede. He has Living Roots in hand to kill Satyr Overseer. But if he starts turn 1 Living Roots, you’re free to drop Satyr Overseer ASAP and it should never die.
I just beat him! Thanks for the advice you guys, Keeping his board clear helped, but I think I just got a little lucky. Glad I don’t have to do that again

Yeah, beating Cenarius is all about using Satyr Overseer to keep minions on the board to deal with his stuff. Once you figure that out it’s pretty easy.
