My opponent seems like he's exploiting a timer glitch

I was playing some ranked matches and I was winning against this one guy when it seems like he’s exploited some glitch that stops the timer from running. It’s been like 20+ minutes and it still hasn’t started, it’s really annoying because I’m on a win streak. Also, I’m having trouble posting the screenshot

Update: It’s been like an hour and nothing has changed, it’s really frustrating.

In short; you disconnected from the game server. To your opponent, it looked as if you suddenly went AFK.
