Thanks. Never heard of Gallon before. Cheers.
Iâm guessing most of the nerfs will be to cards from older sets, possibly entirely from older sets. In terms of cards from GDB, Ethereal Oracle would be a plausible nerf and possibly one of the Elemental Mage cards. Blazing Accretion is pretty bonkers in that deck.
Iâm guessing we see buffs to Starships and Draenei. Wouldnât be surprised to see a buff to the Crew Member gimmick for DH as well.
I would not be surprised at all. Those Devs are bad at balancing, but very consistent as Executives who want to sell new services.
Very self-destructive, maybe try making a good game and the money will come on its own.
Not much of a prediction, more of a wishlist. Ideally theyâd finally implement a âno less than 1â rule for any cost reduction that doesnât specify âit costs 0â, but more realistically hereâs my list. I hope they donât hold back this time.
Brittlebone Buccaneer - 3-mana 2/4
Airlock Breach - 7-mana
Magical Dollhouse - âyour next 3 spells have spell damage +1 this turnâ
Funnel Cake - one adjacent minion
Malfurionâs Gift - replace Wild Growth with Nourish
Mistery Egg - revert
Blazing Accretion - 4-mana 4/1
Solar Flare - ânot less than 1â
Shadowstep - costs 2 less this turn
Robocaller - shuffle numbers at draw
Conniving Conman - revert
Quasar - 5-mana, ânot less than 1â
Pop-up Book - canât hit face
Murloc Growfin - tinyfin loses rush
Safety Goggles - 5-armor
Shield Block - 4-armor
Zilliax - Haywire Module 4/3, Pylon Module 2/1, Virus Module 0/3, Twin Module 2/3
Hozen Roughhouser - 2/3
Ethereal Oracle - 4-mana
Arkonite Defense Crystal - 5-armor
As for buffs, only a few draenei for now. Theyâve been doing more harm than good.
It is a prime suspect in both Quasar Rogue and Elemental Shaman. This card is too bonkers for 3 mana.
I would be extremely surprised if Oracle didnât get hit.
Im kinda scared of the libram card that gives 3 3/3âs with divine shield after the balance changes.
The libram deck isnt great now, but that card is kinda crazy with or without rush on them
They are nerfing nothing, only buffing. Nerfing would not be P2W enough.
Asteroid shaman isnt that good yet, maybe after nerfs.
Itâs probably also a product of how high powered the meta is at the moment, but I feel like Ceaseless right now is pretty much only a control card. Which is what should be, same as yogg. 0 mana Yogg was used almost ubiquitously but that doesnât happen with Ceaseless. It takes way too long to come online.
I have been playing Zarimi priest a lot and I had it on my ETC and in like 40-50 games or more I havenât had a chance to drop it a single time. The game is over before that for better or for worse. I ended up cutting ETC and Ceaseless from my list entirely.
I think the card is safe from the chopping board at least for the foreseeable future.
Yes the RESULT of control, like a slow warrior exploding after 99 rounds without much effort, a âtime to wrap it up (the game took too long)â card.
Honestly, I donât want to see any nerfs
Iâd like to see some buffs
But, the 3-drop with spell dmg that draws 2 is probably getting hit
Its fine if they only remove the spell damage, but keep the draw 2, thats feel greatâŚ
I want to see Lamplighter deleted and all elemental decks burn in a pire. Can only target minions, boom, all elemental decks are history. Screw them.
Then just nerf Oracle to draw 1 and buff most other new cards a bunch. Two nerfs and a mountain of buffs thatâs all we need.
Oh and just rework Quasar entirely. The deck is bad but the card is a mistake, letâs pretend it never happened
I killed an elemental mage with a basic old flood paladin, and it felt like bliss. You shall not pass the aggroneer floor pala mage.
