Hi,

Some Murlocs — notably Flotsam Flinger; possibly others — were not discoverable in a recent Murloc game.

Not sure how to reproduce. Had the 1/1 spell quest and Guffs HP via Sir Finley. No Flotsams seen (in shop or in discover) the whole game (finished 2nd) despite Brann economy and 20+ discovers on Tier 5. Seems fishy (pun intended).

were thet played by other players ? You discover cards from the tavern pool, which means the more a minion is present in the players’ boards, the lower the chances to discover it too
You could have also been really unlucky. Since nothing guaranteed you that minion, that’s still a possibility
