Patch 22.2 seems to have a lot of bugs… I encountered three today playing one game.
First: playing a mage, casual game.
Bug #1. At the end of my opponents 3rd or 4th turn, a large card back appeared in the middle of my screen. It did not go away when my turn started. Nothing I did could make it go away.
Bug #2: Probably because of that large card back in the middle of my screen, I was unable to play ANY cards from my hand.
Bug #3: Because I could mot play any cards from my hand, I gave up and conceded at that point because it was useless to continue. I was in a position where I needed to play one of the cards in my hand to retain board position and tempo and so I chose to concede since i had not belief that the card back would go away. I did NOT get credit for playing the game toward one of my achievements - an achievement that just required me to play a mage game.
At this point, I quit Hearthstone, and I’m seriously reconsidering playing the game any more, or paying for card bundles when they come out. I have encountered so many bugs in the last few days, that the game has become unplayable and no longer fun. I’m reporting this here in the hopes that SOMEONE from Blizzard will address these issues. I enjoyed playing Hearthstone until this last patch.
