Game freezes and hand is frozen when you trade cards in the mulligan phase. Lost another arena game because of this, give me my 150 gold refund.
Internet connection is fine.
Unless you can identify which specific cards are causing this and someone else can confirm that it happens to them too, the most likely reason is that your internet connection isn’t fine.
Which deck are you playing when this happens?
I’m playing an arena deck, so its not card specific.
Also I’m playing on mobile, so there’s that too.
Happened again.
I got same bug in duels 3 times and always it was vs Brann.
If that were the reason, why would it happen only on mulligans?

This happened to me twice today. mulliganned whole hand in a quest deck in regular hearthstone standard match.
