I’m already annoyed. I am thrilled that they actually made mage be viable as a class, But that doesn’t mean you make it OP. Why is balancing things so hard for this dev team?
Eh, I think they got the balancing pretty much covered, which is why they do this thing aggressively, where they keep releasing broken cards to stimulate spending, and then they balance it in two weeks.
It’s default Blizzard policy that I knew in WoW for decades. They nerf something to the ground and buffing something else as OP to make the game “exciting”; e.g. supposedly they figured out a month ago that Reno was OP; nonsense: they knew it was OP before it was released because they are not more stupid than the average player knowing about it.
It’s self-destructive; they think it’s profitable in the short term; it’s probably dropping their user count in the long term.
