More nerfs are on the way

I can’t think of any class that doesn’t want a 6 mana 14/14, or a 6 mana Cenarius, or…

Got it.

We’ll nerf every card to 3 options.

  1. C. Yeti
  2. Backstab
  3. River Croc.

Got it, there is zero room between 6 mana “I now win the game” and 2 mana “not even in arena does this get played.”

Well done.

who cares, its not going to be anything close to enough.

Gala WArrior is pretty solid. Just warrior removal suite and galakrond neutrals which are all great then slowly get u in range of the massive burst they draw with gala

This is good news for me. Sounds like they are about to buff my Priest deck, which does not require the use of Galakrond at all. And they didn’t even mention Priest when talking about non-Galakrond variants.

In fact, the current common variant of Rogue is the one that is giving my Priest deck the most trouble. So if they nerf that a little bit that may give me the edge I need to gain to complete dominance.

When this expansion first dropped I was creaming people with Kronx, with my Rogue deck.

I would get Galakrond up and then summon Kronx and then send about a dozen of them to my deck with Togwoggle’s Scheme, then I would just draw and eventually I would just break their back, either by constantly clearing their board, hitting their face or buffing my minions bigger and bigger with its Battlecry.

The meta quickly got to be too fast for that though. It was a fun deck to play while it lasted.

Yes but no, I accept the fact that perfect balance is impossible, and then judge whether or not I want to partake in the meta, I don’t think that the meta is perfect, but i still enjoy it, so to me, it’s “healthy”. Not saying that there isn’t room for improvement, I just believe the pros of this meta outweigh the cons

TLDR perfect and healthy aren’t the same things, that’s what I was trying to convey, dummy

Kronx is the lowest Win Rate card in Warlock.

It’s second and third for Warrior and Shaman.

And it’s right in the middle for Rogue.

That’s because Kronx wins more when Galakrond itself is the top win rate card in the deck. That should tell you it’s not an appropriate target, even though I am sure you won’t change your mind.

My guess on BGs is that cobalt guardian is gonna get the nerf, Rafaam power will goto 2, and they will fix facing the same player over and over

Hopefully “Green Mix Red Means No 4 mana”.

Ideally, would like to also see Dragonqueen Alex do 1 mana dragons instead of 0 mana to prevent single turn board flood.

Just waiting my zoo to be nerfed, even though no one in the meta complained about it.

Also…nerf on pirate warrior? really? so why nerf Shaman?

It has a lot of variance. A lot of metas aren’t even this. This is one of the better ones.

Yes!!! 20 chars

I don’t understand why nerfs are coming this soon. The meta is fairly healthy, and there doesn’t seem to be one hugely overpowered deck. Sure the Galakronds are good, but a lot of the set was built around them so I don’t understand what the problem is.

They really couldn’t just wait until the new adventure comes out to start tinkering? The last thing I want is the new nerfs to cause a worse meta than the one we’re in currently.

If it ain’t broke…

Therefore Blizzard must have used stats to realise that these decks are too broken, like 70% win rate maybe? No one knows the official threshold for nerfs since Blizzard doesn’t release it.

My concern is that the threshold being observed is that a bump in number of games played happens after nerfs/buffs(?) and that number is dictating a lot

That’s why I would rather see Adventure cards spoilers instead of these nerfs.

I am wondering where these cards are at o.O are they maybe a single-player only type of card?

Does seem a bit odd for certain.

Nerfs are coming I think because gala decks are too good and the non gala heroes are struggling maybe???
