Monthly ranked season rewards not given

Hi, a GM asked me to do this bugreport because he was not able to do anything else in this case. I will just copy/paste the text from the ticket:

"Hi, I just played Hearthstone around 00:00 am and finished a game around 00:15. After the game was done, the message which appears after the finish of each month said, I achieved bronze 9, but I was at diamond 4. My reward pop-ups did not appear, I could not see which epic card I got or which rare cards and which other cards, golden cards too, I did receive. Also the card packs did not appear, as well as the card back. This is very disappointing, because this is the moment you look forward to. Claiming the rewards for the month. Please send me my rewards as expected for the last month.

I understand you had some concerns about the rewards you had received from this month’s ranked play in Hearthstone.

Digging into this a bit, I do see that there have been some other reports about this happening. At the moment, there aren’t any known issues. However, when reviewing your account, I’m only seeing an Unknown rank along with your wins and blank rewards. In situations like this, I’m afraid that Game Masters are unable to see more detailed information from the game to verify if something isn’t being granted properly, nor would we be able to grant any rewards. In this case though, I’ll pass along details on our end for tracking but I would still recommend submitting a bug report on the forums so the Developers can investigate this further and ensure everything is working properly."

This month there was a bug in the animation of the season awards. Nobody got to see the familiar animations of chests being awarded, clicked, and then opened to reveal the rewards.

However, as far as I know (and I did verify this for my own account), all rewards were given to all accounts. The bug is purely visual only.

Actually, I had the same problem. Still waiting for a solution on this. I contacted the support regarding this problem but unfortunately, there seem to be little to no interest in solving or looking into it. In my case, they replied by saying they (can’t/don’t have) access to this data. By looking at your post I see that’s not the case. At this point, I have no hopes of getting my rewards or any sort of compensation but I’m reporting this here just so they know more people are experiencing the same issue. I know my claim is verifiable because I got a 7* bonus at the end of the season. So the same information they used to determine how many bonus stars I get can be used to determine how I placed last season.-
