Mok'Nathal Lioness does not work with Amphibian’s Spirit

Mok’Nathal Lioness does not work with Amphibian’s Spirit (a 3-mana epic Hunter enchantment that grants +2/+2).
It’s expected that the Lioness would copy Amphibian’s Spirit from a minion enchanted with it — but nothing happens, even though Amphibian’s Spirit is a Deathrattle.

I think you meant Amphibian’s Spirit, not Amalgam Spirit.
