On mobile was suddenly unable to drag my minions to attack, even though I could select my hand and play cards from it. Literally had lethal, another game of hearthstone’s game mode that costs money, lost to a bug
This bug has lost me 4 games in my last 3 Arena runs. First time I couldn’t drag my minions to attack, and the latest three times I couldn’t drag the cards out of my hand to play them. All animations are in tact, but it is not possible to take any actions (so the game executable isn’t frozen, per se). My only recourse has been to kill the application and restart it, but for some reason 2 out of the 4 times I’ve experienced the bug, I’ve returned to find out that it’s chosen to concede the game. I’ve had full health on early streets when this has happened, and I’ve re-entered Hearthstone within 20 seconds, so it isn’t that I’ve been beat - the game has actually been forfeited. Never before has closing the app resulted in concede (and it only did 2 out of the 4 times now, wtf?).
How does one go about demanding compensation for this? I’m furious.
I also had this happen after the opponent launched a starship with taunt, I was unable to attack it with spells or minions. For the rest of the game my minions were useless and I lost
This is a known error that I have unfortunately also had several times.
- [Updated 10/30] [Hearthstone] The team is investigating various bugs causing periods of the board becoming uninteractable, including sometimes clicking on the enemy Starship’s UI.
But I was able to quit and restart the game quickly, which helped.
