Missing tons of Cards after returning to the game

Hi!

I started to play heartstone after a long time. The last expension i played was rise of the shadows.

I noticed that ton’s of cards are missing from my collection that i had when i stopped playing. Like Patches, Justicar Trueheart. Yogg-Saron, Twin Emperor Vek’lor, Prinz Taldaram. Alot of my naxxramas cards are gone. I can only list the ones im sure of, but i think there are other cards as well.

Would love to have them back, a normal ticket did not help and they have sent me to this forum.

Did you search for the cards in the “wild” section of your collection? When you open your collection, it only shows the standard cards. All cards from 2019 and earlier are now part of wild.

Yes, i tried to build a wild deck that included patches. Thats why i checked every expansion and noticed a lot is missing.
