In Standard ranked mode, I’ve reached Diamond 4 in October.
But at the beginning of the season of November, I was given 9 bonus stars only, instead of 10.
May you help me please ?

9 stars is correct, 10 stars is awarded for legend rank

I always got 10 stars so far since the beginning of the year of the phoenix. I was always Diamond 5-1, except twice where I succeeded in getting legend, in April and September I believe.
Thats because of your MMR, you were good when u received 10, if you were even better than that you could have 11. But 9 its like the base

The rank achieved only sets the minimum limit for the amount of stars you will get in the next season. MMR may give you more and will also stay relevant over a longer time if you wouldn’t play at all. (Note: this does decay over time)
