I redeem my BlizzCon virtual ticket code (I bought it for long time ago, I just decide to use it for my own account).
I redeem BlizzCon 2014 at 10 April 2025
Then, I redeem BlizzCon 2015 at 14 April 2025.
I didn’t get 2014 card back (only get 2015 card back). It 4 day since I redeem 2014 code, still didn’t get it. In other hand, I get 2015 card back after I redeem code immediately.
Now I miss only hearthstone BlizzCon 2014 card back (Others game already get 2014 in-game goodie, except hearthstone).
I already summit ticket, and they said this will require the developers assistance, then they send me a link to this bug report forum.
Hope you can help me find way out.
