How many wins did you have? Gold isn’t guaranteed at all levels
2 wins,45 gold and a pack appeared as reward
I misunderstood your complaint. I thought you just weren’t awarded any. But it seems like you are saying that you were awarded 45 gold but that your gold total did not increase. Did you try restarting? It might just be a visual issue
yes,restarted immediately and many times again after that,no gold added and i’m sure about that cause i don’t play arena and i was waiting for the ticket to fulfill those 5 gold for months.
You should contact support at this point if you’re hoping someone will return your missing gold. They might try to redirect you to the forum, but there isn’t really anyone here who can help.
i opened a ticket and they sent me here,don’t really know where to go,just a bit confused

How did you notice that you didn’t receive the gold?
Many people look at the gold in the corner of the screen after the run finishes, then click the key to reveal their rewards, then don’t see the gold counter go up.
This is normal. The rewards are not added when you click the key. The rewards are added as soon as the run is over (3rd loss, 12th win, or retire). The animation you get after clicking the key is to see what rewards you were just given, not to actually fetch them.
This is confusing and has led to a lot of false bug reports already. I believe this is done to prevent a lot of actual issues in case for instance a player loses connection while in the middle of collecting their rewards.
