Hello, my account is over 3 years old. And they constantly sell cards on my account. I don’t spray them at all. There are almost 20 thousand achievements, many collections and many cards have been opened. But every time after the updates my cards are sold out. I do my analysis using a third party program called Hearthstone Deck Tracker. and with the latest update I lost at least 14 legendary cards. And for all the time even more. Please look into this issue.

Is it difficult to look at game logs? I don’t remember what exactly is missing, I only know about the quantity that 2 years ago I had 137 legendary cards, the last couple of months I looked it was 120 and today when I go into the game I see that I have 106 legendary cards.
I think that a lot of zhpic and regular cards have disappeared! I can’t remember every card in the game, there are thousands of them, and I don’t set a goal to remember every one, I just know that I played all the years and opened many legendary cards and they stupidly removed them for me. And for this there are game logs and it is their job to check them.
This forum is for general bug fixes, not individual account issues. Blizzard almost never responds here. You’ll have to open a ticket with customer service, though I doubt they’ll be able to help you if you don’t know what’s missing
Without some actual examples, this will be impossible to track down.
I’m going to guess this is because of Core set rotation that happens every year. Do you know what that is?
How, exactly, did you get those numbers?
Did you browse your collection manually? Did you search on the word “legendary”? What collection filter was active (standard / wild / legacy / etc) ?
I have the same issue, it seems to me a result of the constantly added new versions of cards. Every card I’m missing is one that got updated or reprinted. The support ticket keeps getting the usual copy paste replies “sorry youre having a hard time” “please post on the forums” “we can’t help you here”. I made my post some two weeks ago and nothing happens.
I Don’t know why the collection manager is set to prefer gifted version of a card over the one we acquired from packs. I appreciate the loaner cards but it’s really messing with the collection manager. You should check the cards that were in caverns of time to see if these are the cards that are gone.
It seems blizzard is not willing to acknowledge this issue.
I also checked with HS replay in the collection tracker it says I have ysera and C’thun for example but in the collection manager they do not show, I cannot add them to a deck.
It would help a lot if you gave some actual examples of the missing cards.
I mentioned Ysera and C’thun in the post you replied to. You also posted in my thread where I mentioned others like lock and load, crazed worshipper, cabalist tome, don hancho.
