So, like a week ago I had an issue with not getting enough dust from a disenchant. I did a post under tech support https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/en/hearthstone/t/disenchanting-cards-not-working/6730 (no respons) and I made a ticket (Ticket Number: EU79309631). Plz help. I have multiple screenshots if needed.

Today, after the changes from past week, I decided to disenchant my doubles. Good for 33795 dust, according to the screen. I had 6050 dust. After using the button it only disenchanted a part. After that, I cant disenchant the remaining doubles. The button is greyed out for me and I didnt get the full dust refund since i now have 38455 dust. I have screenshots. Any help?

The first thing to check in this case is that you’re not looking at the Classic format. The cards in Classic are mirrors of those you have in the Legacy Set, so you can only disenchant those if you go to Legacy. If that’s not the problem you can try running the Scan and Repair option from the cogwheel menu in the Blizzard app. Besides that, the troubleshooting step mentioned at Cannot disenchant cards - #3 by Dragerkilla-2393 might fix this as well. I hope that helps!

Sorry, but your answer doesnt make any sense to me. Did you look at the screenshots I included? I made one before using the button and after. My account was set on wild (you can see so on the bottom left corner). The amount of dust doesnt add up. I havent played since, but just to be sure I just bought a 100g pack… opened it and used the disenchant button, which gave me 40 dust… this worked fine. The problem is, from my last disenchant, im still missing 6050 + 33795 - 38455 = 1390 dust. I included the screenshots again. The link you posted has nothing to do with my problem. I can disenchant just fine, but it didnt give me the right amount of dust.
PS: i did the scan and repair thing. didnt change anything.

Thanks for the follow up on this I do have some additional information for you on this.
On our end, we’re only able to see how much the game gave you and how much you have now. If you’re positive you’re missing dust, you would need to post in the bug report. Game Masters don’t have the option to give players dust.
